1. At the beginning we were four in our team and we needed to interview two types of people( environmentalist and non-environmentalist) then we separated them into two target ages 18 to 35 and above 35.
2. So finally we had 4 different types of questioners
3. Based on the questioners that all of us created we ask people to fill
4. We created an empathy map which was based on eight categories: Hear, Think, Feel, See, Say, Do, pain and gain. and we tried to feel it by the interviewee's answers.
5. Four Personas have been created according to the empathy map and we focused on target ages 18 to 35 so at the end we had 2 personas.
