We analyze the existing design system thoroughly and identify the problems it faces before finding the best solution for it. Then, we compared it with other good examples and came up with the best solution.
For the first step, we search for some direct and indirect competitors to find out their strong and weak points to get inspiration from them then we put this benchmark in the conceptual map to see better connections. To see one by by of these competitors you can see more detail below the map.
As previously mentioned, we utilized four different types of questionnaires. Two were categorized under a closed format and the others under different categories. Ultimately, we derived three distinct colors from the responses. Throughout this process, and particularly during the interviews, we aimed to maintain an unbiased approach, focusing solely on the users' opinions to ensure the integrity of our data collection.
